Our Organization

The Communauté Congolaise de Dallas Fort Worth et Environs (CCDFWE) was founded to unite and uplift the Congolese diaspora living in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas. Rooted in our shared Congolese heritage, we work at the grassroots level to bring people together, preserve our cultural traditions, support families through the challenges of life abroad, and create opportunities for every member of our community. From cultural festivals to educational workshops, CCDFWE is a home away from home for Congolese families in North Texas.

Our Mission

To empower Congolese women, strengthen families, and develop a vibrant diaspora community in Dallas-Fort Worth through culturally grounded programs, advocacy, mutual aid, and collaborative partnerships.
